Which hotels can become partners?
We partner with independent hotels, boutique properties, small chains, and select resorts. All properties must meet basic quality standards and have a professional online presence. Contact us if you're unsure about eligibility.
How do commissions work?
Each platform has its own commission structure:

How quickly can I start receiving bookings?
Most hotels are live within 24-48 hours of completing their profile. The verification process typically takes 2-4 hours during business days. Once approved, your hotel appears immediately across selected platforms.
What if I need to block dates or stop accepting bookings?
You have full control at all times. Block dates instantly in the partner portal, set minimum stay requirements, or pause specific platforms temporarily. Changes take effect immediately.
Do I need technical expertise to use the partner portal?
Not at all. The partner portal is designed for hotel staff of all technical levels. If you can check email and use a web browser, you can manage your RCHG partnership. We also provide onboarding support and ongoing assistance.
How do I get paid?
For most platforms, guests pay you directly (via your existing payment processor or at check-in). RCHG invoices you monthly for earned commissions. Auto-pay is available via credit card or ACH.
